I’m a snacker, especially during sporting events and parties. But often I find myself just mindlessly eating something that just doesn’t quite do it for me. I like spice. I like zip. I like something that makes me pause before the next mouthful and go…
whoa.
These are totally that snack. The crunchy deliciousness of walnuts, but the zip of spice from the cumin and chili powder and garlic. They are totally addictive and being made in the crock-pot?
Totally easy.
So I used mixed nuts because it was what I had on hand, but I would DEFINITELY do the walnuts. They get nice and crunchy when toasted and all those nooks and crannies are perfect for hiding spicy flavor.
Enjoy and serve this at your SuperBowl party!!
