So he is home.
He came home Wednesday, after hours of waiting to be discharged. With mom getting more and more frustrated that he wasn’t ready. With dad getting more and more ready to be home… away from the hospital.
And eventually, he got to go home.
He’s doing pretty well, all things considered.
He’s tired but healing. He’s starting to take walks around the neighborhood with mom and the dog. He has a home nurse that has come to help out.
It makes me feel better, knowing that I’m not there, but that everyone is doing so well. (Not like I’m all that, but I’m such a type A micromanager that… Agh, can’t help it)
But yes, he is home. And well. And happy to be out of that place.
And wants to thank everyone for the well wishes and love that you all conveyed.
Thank you for your support. Thank you for your thoughts.
